Sanjana, who will debut in Bollywood with Dil Bechara, shared an IGTV video on June 14 where she talked about her memories of Sushant on the film sets and accompanied him with a long note of praise for the deceased actor. “I have refreshed my web pages 100 times hoping to read some sort of horrible joke. I am not equipped to handle all of this. I don’t think I ever will be. I’m certainly not equipped to express my feelings, I’m the one who fails, but I try. After 2 years of apparent difficulty, only one film can be confronted, with all kinds of bullshit constantly written and pursued relentlessly. We were supposed to finally see our film – my first film, and what you said to me was your best film so far together, “read an excerpt from Sanjana’s post.

. . You gave me an eternity, in a limited number of days, and for that. I am always grateful. – our beloved novel, The Fault In Our Stars Has forever learnings and memories. I refreshed my web pages 100 times hoping to read some sort of horrible joke. I am not equipped to deal with all of this. I don’t think I ever will be. I am certainly not equipped to express my feelings, it is I who fail, but I try. Sushant and I had to keep all of our anecdotes, moments and stories from the moment we filmed together until the release of our film, so we kept them in our stomachs all this time. After 2 years apparently of all the possible difficulties that a single film can encounter, with all kinds of crap constantly written and pursued relentlessly – we were supposed to FINALLY watch the film, our work of love, together – my first, and what you told me you thought it was your best movie. In the middle of your trip, and in the middle of long 16-hour filming days, you sort of found a way and had a desire to shout at me on the other side of the stage, shouting “Rockstar, itni achi acting thodi na karte hain paagal! ” ; To guide me on big and small things through the process of our film, To tell me to conserve my energy on set; Discussing even the smallest nuance you thought could change the narrative of a scene and would wholeheartedly accept my disagreement; To discuss ways in which we can together forge a brighter educational future for the children of India. You were a force Manny, and you always will be. We will spend forever trying to make sense of what you have left us behind, and personally I can never do it. I just wish you never left us in the first place. Know that you have a country full of millions of people who look at you, smile at you, thank you. As you smile at us from above. The fact that you spend the rest of your time alongside your mother, I know that gives you the only happiness you wanted in the world. #RIPSushantSinghRajput
