World UFO Day: each year is celebrated on July 2

New Delhi:

Before World UFO Day this year, videos released a month ago by the Pentagon led to discussions on “ unidentified flying objects ”, “ flying saucers ” and observations of “ blue light alive ” in the sky. In the United States, we have often heard of UFOs that the main defense services of the government talk about.

World UFO Day is celebrated annually on July 2. UFOs drew attention after the Roswell incident in New Mexico in July 1947. A “flying object” was reportedly crashed on a ranch in Roswell, according to the owner, and remains were also found. The U.S. military later declared it was just a weather balloon and since then, several conspiracy theories have emerged around the world.

UFOs have often made the headlines this year. In May, reports revealed details of US Navy pilots’ “unidentified aerial phenomena” off the east coast of the United States. The incidents were highlighted in the context of three videos officially released by the Pentagon on April 29, showing “unidentified aerial phenomena,” to the delight of UFO enthusiasts.

In one declaration dated April 27, the Department of Defense stated that the videos were taken by Navy pilots in 2004 and 2005 and have been circulating on the Internet since their escape in 2007 and 2017. “The aerial phenomena observed in the videos remain characterized as “unidentified,” said the Pentagon in its statement. The release of these videos showing UFOs has created a huge buzz on the Internet.

A video of one of the last “ UFO sightings ” that went viral, was in January, when the Popocatepetl volcano in Mexico erupted, spitting lava and ash clouds into the sky. The images of the eruption had a mysterious white light floating from left to right across the volcano, leading to speculation about everything from extraterrestrials to unexplained natural phenomena. According to the SOTT news site, government-run webcams captured the explosion on camera.
