By popular demand, producer Ekta Kapoor shared the very first scene actor Sushant Singh Rajput shot for his first TV show – and it’s satisfyingly epic, in true cheesy blue TV style. Sushant, who died on June 14 at the age of 34, was chosen as the second soap leader of 2008 Kis Desh Mein Hain Meraa Dil. “We knew he was destined for bigger things and that’s exactly what he did,” Ekta Kapoor wrote in her post – Sushant was later cast for the lead role on the hit show. Pavitra Rishta after which he made his Bollywood debut in the 2013 film Kai Po Che!
The scene shared by Ekta Kapoor seems to indicate that she had an idea that the fame was just steps away from Sushant Singh Rajput because he gets a full reveal of the hero being filmed – framed above a car, which she – even is perched. vertiginously on the edge of a cliff; the scene then switches to a football match where Sushant scores the winning goal in the dramatic way in which Ekta Kapoor soaps excel.

Sushant Singh Rajput went on to graduate as a star in Pavitra Rishta opposite actress Ankita Lokhande – but it wasn’t easy. Days before her death, Ekta Kapoor revealed on Instagram that she had resisted the studio who didn’t think Sushant was a good fit for the role. “We wanted to pick a boy as the lead who was doing the second lead role in our other series. Zee’s creator was adamant he didn’t look like the part. We convinced them his smile would win a million dollars. hearts and that’s what happened, ”she wrote. “And I am eternally grateful to you ma’am,” Sushant replied.
A little over a week later, Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead at his home in Mumbai. Police said he committed suicide and questioned several members of the film’s fraternity, including actress Rhea Chakraborty who was dating Sushant. Sushant’s family filed a separate lawsuit against Rhea, accusing her of financially deceiving the actor and leading him to suicide. The case, filed in Bihar, has now been handed over to the Central Bureau of Investigation or CBI. Rhea was also interviewed by the Directorate of Enforcement, which investigates financial crime.
