Robert Vadra, son-in-law of Acting Congress President Sonia Gandhi, said on Tuesday that “bhoomi pujanshould become an occasion for national unity and fraternity.

In a tweet earlier Tuesday, Mr Vadra shared an image that read: “The”bhoomi puja“The temple of Ram Lalla should become an occasion for national unity, brotherhood and cultural harmony”.

Earlier today, Mr. Vadra’s wife and Secretary General of Congress Priyanka Gandhi Vadra said that “bhoomi pujan“because the Ram temple should be an opportunity to strengthen” national unity, brotherhood and cultural harmony “.

“On August 5, 2020, the ceremony of”bhoomi pujan“Ram Lalla Temple has been scheduled. With Lord Ram’s blessing, may this event spread its messages of national unity, brotherhood and cultural harmony,” Vadra said.

Security was tightened in Ayodhya ahead of the foundation laying ceremony.

The Mahavir Mandir Trust of Patna is preparing over 1.25 lakh “Raghupati Laddoos” for the occasion. These laddoos will be distributed in the form of “prasad” to the faithful.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is due to lay the foundation stone for Ram Temple in Ayodhya on August 5.
