Kasautii Zindagii Kay Actress Erica Fernandes confirmed that she had tested negative for the coronavirus on Wednesday. The actress and her co-stars Karan Patel, Pooja Banerjee, Aamna Sharif and Shubhaavi Choksey got tested after Main actor Parth Samthaan tested positive for COVID-19 a few days after the resumption of the shooting of the show. They would all have tested negative for the coronavirus. On her Instagram story, Erica, who plays the main role of Prerna, wrote: “I just received my results and the reports are negative. Thank you guys for your prayers and your concern.” After the coronavirus epidemic, filming of television shows, movies and other entertainment projects was halted and filming resumed after almost three months.

The shooting of Kasautii Zindagii Kay, produced by Ekta Kapoor via Balaji Telefilms, resumed a few weeks ago and earlier this week, actor Parth Samthaan tested positive for the coronavirus. After Parth’s COVID diagnosis, Ekta Kapoor issued a statement saying: “All necessary precautions are taken, SOPs monitored. For us, at Balaji Telefilms, health and safety comes first. “

New episodes of Kasautii Zindagii Kay began airing on Star Plus and Disney + Hotstar from July 13. Actor Karan Patel, who succeeds Karan Singh Grover as Rishabh Bajaj, will be featured in future episodes.
