Lok Janshakti (LJP) party leader Chirag Paswan today released his party’s manifesto for the upcoming assembly elections in Bihar.
Mr Paswan has vowed to set up a coaching town, if he is voted into office, so that Bihar students do not have to migrate to towns in other states.
Her party also pledged free transportation for women on government buses as well as a reduction in bureaucracy.
“Today, with the publication of our party’s manifesto for the Bihar assembly polls, I presented our vision of ‘Bihar first, Bihari first’ which will address various issues facing the people of Bihar. were faced, ”Paswan told Patna.
This time around, Chirag Paswan is contesting the Bihar elections separately from the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA), mainly to fight Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and his Janata Dal United. He has repeatedly claimed that although his fight is against Nitish Kumar, he is dedicated to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and hopes to form a government in Bihar with the BJP after the elections.
Bihar is voting for a new assembly of 243 members on October 28, November 3 and 7. The results will be announced on November 10.
