Actress Janhvi Kapoor, who basks in the success of his new film Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl, shared a message of appreciation on Instagram and said it was “a journey she will always be forever grateful for.” Janhvi Kapoor, who played the eponymous character in the film, shared BTS photos from the set, one of which also showed the efforts made to prepare for her role. “The best memories. A trip for which I will always be eternally grateful; for the people I have met along the way and for all that I have felt and learned,” wrote Janhvi Kapoor. On Instagram, Janhvi Kapoor and director Sharan Sharma are applauded for their film by celebrities and movie critics.

Janhvi Kapoor, daughter of the late actress Sridevi and producer Boney Kapoor, was started by Karan Johar in Dhadak. Janhvi Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl is also produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions. After Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl, Janhvi will be seen on two Dharma Productions films – Dostana 2 and Takht. She will also be Roohiafza opposite Rajkummar Rao.
Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl is based on the life of Gunjan Saxena, who was one of the first two female pilots to fly in a war zone. The film missed its date with the big screen after theaters closed due to the coronavirus pandemic.
