New Delhi:
Father’s Day is that special day when you want to be with your father like your best friend and do things to make him feel special. As with most other events, this year Father’s Day will also be different during the Coronavirus era. Going out is not the best idea, especially with doctors and experts strictly advising the elderly to stay at home. So be creative and plan a Father’s Day to remember – indoors.
Twitter has been buzzing since morning and people post what they do with their dad. The day also coincides with International Yoga Day and World Music Day.

At a time when a deadly pandemic has changed the world as we know it, Father’s Day is a great opportunity to spend quality time with family and to make every moment count. Here are some things you can do with your father.
Father’s Day: what you can do with your father
- Wake him up with a nice cup of coffee or his favorite flavor of tea.
- Spoil it with breakfast in bed.
- Let the music be! Make a playlist of your father’s favorite songs or instrumental music.
- It’s summer. So, fill the fridge with your father’s favorite drink – sodas, lassi, coca … or maybe a healthy fruit punch.
- Family board games can be fun. There are a variety of choices – Monopoly, Carom, Scrabble, Ludo or whatever game he likes.
