AIIMS Doctor and IIT-Delhi Students Launch Application to Track Plasma Donors
An AIIMS doctor and a team of IIT-Delhi students have developed an application – COPAL-19 – which allows users to track plasma donors who have recovered from the coronavirus.

“There is a shortage of blood. Thanks to” COPAL-19 “, we will have a list of donors and patients will be able to request blood according to their blood group for plasma therapy”, Dr Abhinav Singh Verma, AIIMS doctor, said ANI.

He added that so far around 70 donors have been recruited “but more will come as they get to know the application”.
