Abhishek Bachchan, Friday, shared a picture of the backdrops from his 2004 film Yuva following cyclone Amphan, which has caused widespread devastation in Odisha and West Bengal in recent days. The actor posted a photo from the BTS starring co-star Ajay Devgn and the film’s director Mani Ratnam, which was shot in Kolkata and said it was “heartbreaking” for him “to see the visuals” leaving Kolkata hit by a cyclone. On Friday, Yuva turned 16 and Abhishek marked the occasion by sharing a page of his film journals with an emotional note. He wrote: “Wow! 16 years old already. Many people have died in West Bengal after Cyclone Amphan caused flooding, blew up roofs, uprooted trees and tore off power lines. Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced aid of Rs 1,000 crore on Saturday.

Come back to Yuva, Except Abhishek Bachchan and Ajay Devgn, the film also starred with Kareena Kapoor, Rani Mukerji and Vivek Oberoi. It took place in Kolkata and staged Abhishek as a goon and Rani Mukerji as his wife.
