Abhishek Bachchan recently shared a glimpse of her hospital room on her Instagram Story, sharing with us seconds of her special Bollywood playlist which keeps her company in isolation. Abhishek framed her Instagram story in a way that only revealed part of her health tip with the day marked as # 28. In the background of her Instagram story, the song Yuhi Chala Chal Rahi from Shah Rukh Khan’s 2004 film Swades play. The song’s uplifting lyrics, which is about encouraging one to enjoy life’s little joys and keep moving forward, could perhaps reflect Abhishek’s current mood. The 44-year-old actor was admitted to Nanavati Hospital in Mumbai on July 11 and has been in isolation ever since.

Earlier this week, which is his fourth week in the hospital, Abhishek wrote himself a note: “Hospital day: 26. Exit plan: NO! Come on Bachchan, you can do it!”
On July 11, Abhishek and his father Amitabh Bachchan were admitted to Mumbai hospital testing positive for COVID-19. After more than three weeks, Amitabh Bachchan tested negative and returned home on August 2. “Feeling bad for Abhishek … pray he comes home soon,” the 77-year-old actor wrote in a blog post. Shweta Bachchan Nanda, Abhishek’s sister recently wrote to his brother in a post: “Hang on.” Abhishek’s wife, Aishwarya, was also briefly in hospital and returned home on July 27 after testing negative for the virus. Their eight-year-old daughter, who also tested positive, has also recovered and returned home with Aishwarya.
