Several top Indian diplomats in Pakistan have been aggressively harassed in Islamabad in recent days and India has even protested the excessive surveillance.

In March, the Indian High Commission in Pakistan sent a strong protest note to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Islamabad to protest the harassment of its officers and staff.

In the note, India cited 13 cases only in March and asked Pakistan to end these incidents and “to urgently investigate these incidents and to request relevant agencies to ensure that similar incidents don’t reproduce, “according to ANI.
