An investigation was ordered into an incident in which a body of a probable coronavirus patient was transported in a van in the municipality of Utraula.
“A video appeared showing police officers and city workers carrying the body of a man in a van. The incident occurred near Tehsil Gate in Utraula, Balrampur district. The dead have been identified as Anwar.
The district administration and the police suspended four employees of a municipal corporation and three police officers in the incident.
