The team of actor Sushant Singh Rajput shared a statement asking fans to celebrate his life and work and asking the media for his family’s privacy. Rajput, 34, was found dead Sunday at his Mumbai home.
“It hurts us to share that Sushant Singh Rajput is no longer with us. We ask his fans to keep him in their thoughts and to celebrate his life and his work as they have done so far. We ask the media to help us maintain confidentiality at this time of grief, “the statement said on behalf of his family.
Mumbai police told PTI news agency that Sushant Singh Rajput died of suicide and is investigating. No notes were found.
Shocked colleagues of Sushant Singh Rajput paid tribute to him on social media. Producer Ekta Kapoor, who gave Mr. Rajput his debut as an actor in television series Pavitra Rishta and Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil, tweeted a screenshot of an Instagram conversation she had with the actor a week ago, writing, “Not fair.” Anushka Sharma, co-star of Mr. Rajput in the film PK, tweeted: “Sushant, you were too young and brilliant to have gone there so early. I am so sad and upset to know that we live in an environment that couldn’t help you get through all the problems you had. “

His curriculum vitae includes Kedarnath, MS Dhoni: the untold story, Raabta and Detective Byomkesh Bakshy! Mr. Rajput was last seen in 2019 Chhichhore and had a movie called Dil Bechara ready to be published before the coronavirus is locked.
