The “chip”, named Gausatva Kavach, is manufactured by Rajkot-based Shrijee Gaushala. Created in 2019, the RKA aimed to conserve, protect and develop cows and their offspring. The Aayog, which reports to the Ministry of Fisheries, Livestock and Dairy Production, has launched a nationwide campaign to encourage the use of cow dung products during festivals.
Vallabhbhai Kathiria further called on people to avoid using Chinese-made diyas this Diwali, saying the campaign launched by the RKA will also strengthen Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s “ Make in India ” concept and the “ movement. swadeshi ”.
