Prime Minister Narendra Modi described LK Advani as a “living inspiration” to BJP workers and compatriots as he wished the veteran BJP leader a long and healthy life on his 93rd birthday today.
In a Hindi tweet, Prime Minister Modi said that Mr. Advani, Minister of the Interior and Deputy Prime Minister in the government headed by Atal Bihari Vajpayee, played an important role in the development of the country and also took the party to the masses.

LK Advani was born on November 8, 1927 in Karachi, undivided India. After the partition, his family moved to India.
