NTPC 2020 recruitment: The last date for submitting applications is July 6.

The National Thermal Power Corporation Limited (NTPC) has invited applications for the selection of executive interns in the disciplines of electrical engineering, mechanics, electronics and instrumentation through the GATE-2020 scores . A total of 100 positions will be filled by NTPC through this recruitment, including 30 in the electrical discipline, 45 in the mechanical discipline and 25 in the electronics / instrumentation discipline.

Based on the scores obtained by the candidate for GATE 2020, the NTPC will select them for an interview. The final list of merit will be prepared on the basis of a weighting of 85% of the GATE 2020 marks and 5% of the group discussion marks and 10% of the interview marks.
However, the candidate must qualify in the group discussion and interview, separately, the job posting indicates.
“The selected candidates must undergo one-year training at different locations. The display region will be allocated upon registration and the final display location in the assigned region will be decided after the completion of the training”, indicated the NTPC in the job advertisement.
