New Delhi:
TV host and famous chef Maria goretti unearthed a hellish memory, starring Shah Rukh Khan, on Tuesday morning. It wasn’t a late birthday wish for the actor per se, but we love him nonetheless. Maria shared an old interview from her MTV days, and not just any interview. It was her first show with MTV called Big picture. She revealed some really interesting facts on the video. To begin with, the interview took place in Arshad Warsi (now Maria’s husband) car. Second, Maria being a huge SRK fan was so “nervous” about the interview and forgot to wear one of her shoes. Sharing a snippet of the video, she wrote in her post: “I remember that interview, I just got that part of the hour-long interview and lots of giggles, it was my first show for MTV India The show was called ‘Big -Photo’ I think. This interview was for the movie Mani Ratnam Dil Se … and I went to the Mehboob studio to interview Shah Rukh Khan and Manisha Koirala. “
Sharing her experience, Maria wrote that Shah Rukh Khan was “kind and full of good manners.” She added: “I was very nervous because I’m a big fan of Shah Rukh Khan, like the rest of the world, and damn he was sitting with me in the trunk of my car (actually not my car, she belonged to Arshad). He was so nervous that I forgot to put on my other shoe. “
Later in her post, Maria added: “No, Shah Rukh Khan is not my friend, but over the years he always says hello to me and hasn’t forgotten my name. I’m still a fan of him and of his films. ” She signed off on the post saying, “PS_He didn’t keep me waiting for hours for an interview unlike a lot of my later experiences on MTV with actors.”

I remember that interview, I just got that end of the hour-long interview and a lot of giggles, it was my first show for @mtvindia. The show was called “Big -Picture” I think. This interview was for Mani Ratnam’s movie “Dil se” and I went to the Mehboob studio to interview Shahrukh Khan and Manisha Koirala. I was nervous as hell, because I’m a huge fan of @iamsrk, like the rest of the world, and damn he was sitting with me in the trunk of my car .. (Actually not my car, it belonged to Arshad) so kind and full of good manners! I was so nervous I forgot to put on my other shoe. No Shah Rukh Khan is not my friend, but over the years he always says hello to me and has not forgotten my name. And I’m still a fan of him and his movies (but you can still have him @jaya_misra). P.S. He didn’t keep me waiting for hours for an interview, unlike many of my subsequent experiences on MTV with actors.
