Haryana’s chief minister, Manohar Lal Khattar, asked officials to ensure that girls, upon graduation, receive their passports and diplomas. He said students from various colleges across the state will receive driver’s licenses at their own educational institutions.
At a meeting, Khattar asked all officers on Monday to speed up the work of updating the data of each employee working in departments, boards of directors, corporations, corporations and universities on the Human Resources Management System (HRMS) portal.
Employee service and conduct data should be updated on the HRMS portal, he said at the HRMS review meeting.
The chief minister said that the state was ready to launch e-Sachivalaya to allow virtual meetings between officials and officials.
He said that this digital platform can be used to search for meetings to meet with ministers and officers.
Mr. Khattar said that the e-Sachivalaya aims to bring the government and its officials under one roof for better functioning, better coordination and efficiency in the interface with citizens, especially in times of COVID pandemic -19.
According to an official statement, 91 offices from different departments are registered on the HRMS portal.
In addition, there are 45 boards and societies. The digital service directory and all transactions related to employee service have been uploaded to this portal, he said.
In addition to this, employee information is available 24 hours a day on this single portal as well as the workflow integrated with the electronic salary system of the Integrated Financial Management System (IFMS).
The Chief Minister has been informed that HRMS helps the government to make the right decisions and to ensure adequate monitoring of staffing, planning, recruitment, extension of services and transfers based on the skills of employees, etc.
The HRMS portal includes the characteristics of the components of the electronic service book including basic employee details, posting details, service verification, leave, loans, advances, confidential annual report and d ‘other details.
Khattar was told that linking the data to the HRMS portal would not only be a boon for the government, but would also help employees, especially those who have difficulty obtaining details of their service data after retirement.
Meanwhile, at another meeting held to review the implementation of various programs in different departments, he was informed that after giving a salary rate of 309 rupees per day with effect from April 1, 2020 in the As part of the national rural employment guarantee scheme (NREGA), Haryana further increased the size of the program to three times in the 2020-2021 fiscal year.
Compared to the target of one crore of man-days during the current fiscal year, the State has already generated 45 lakh of man-days under the NREGA.
The Chief Minister has ordered that the list of licensed NREGA works be uploaded to the website of each Gram Panchayat for the information of the general public and that all significant development expenditures be reflected on the website.
