French cosmetic giant decides to remove words after global anti-racial protests

The French cosmetics giant L’Oréal announced on Saturday that it was removing words like “laundering” from its products, in the context of global protests against racism.

“The L’Oréal Group has decided to delete the words white / bleaching, fairness / equity, light / brightening from all its evening products for the skin,” said the company.
