From time to time, Amitabh Bachchan shares his thoughts on fashion trends of the past and present. After spending 51 years in Bollywood, Mr. Bachchan has seen fashion trends come and go and even make a comeback. Late on Monday night, he chose the topic of flared sleeves for a good laugh. Bell sleeves, associated with bell bottoms, were all the rage in the 1970s. Mr. Bachchan, who made his Bollywood debut with the 1971 film Saat Hindustani, took a trip down memory lane and unearthed a black and white photo of himself rocking the flare sleeve trend. The 78-year-old actor added this ROFL caption to his post: “When it wasn’t enough to wear flare pants … but flare sleeves too.”
In response to a user who asked when exactly the photo was clicked, Mr Bachchan said: “Jab phaile hui patloon aur phaili huia aastinein hua karti thein“LOL.
Mr Bachchan once wrote to regret his decision to get rid of his old retro sunglasses. In his tweet, he explained why: “Never get rid of your old solar reflections (I made all of my own). All of them repeat over time … This photo was in the 70s and I see many reflections similar in fashion now, especially on my dear friend and super star Ranveer Singh. “

Last year Big B wrote about a certain sea creature not approving of her swimsuit outfit. He later told Shah Rukh Khan on a talk show: “I made a huge mistake in posting the photo. When I went to Mauritius for the first time, I went swimming and there was a person who took this photo with me. “

Earlier this year, Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek and his wife Aishwarya were diagnosed with COVID-19. They have since recovered. In terms of work, Amitabh Bachchan was last seen in Gulabo Sitabo. It currently hosts Kaun Banega Crorepati 12. Its film line includes films such as Chehre, Brahmastra and Jhund. Big B will also be directed by Ajay Devgn for an upcoming film titled Help, which is considered a compelling thriller.
