Congratulations, Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan. On Wednesday night, the star couple announced great news that they were waiting for an addition to their family. “We are very happy to announce that we are expecting an addition to our family. Thank you to all of our supporters for all their love and support,” a joint statement released by Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor read on Wednesday. Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan starred in films like Omkara, Tashan, Agent Vinod and Kurbaan. They married in 2012 and the couple welcomed their first child Taimur Ali Khan in 2016.
Minutes after the couple shared the big news, Saif Ali Khan’s sister and actress Soha Ali Khan congratulated the couple on social media. She shared a photo of Saif and titled it “The Quadfather”. In her post, Soha wrote: “I couldn’t resist! Congratulations Kareena Kapoor. Be safe, healthy and radiant like never before.”
Saif Ali Khan was previously married to actress Amrita Singh for thirteen years. They divorced in 2004 and are parents of a son named Ibrahim Ali Khan and his daughter. Sara Ali Khan, who is also a Bollywood actress. Today she is celebrating her 25th birthday.
Kareena Kapoor was last seen in the blockbuster movie Angrezi medium, with the late actor Irrfan Khan and Radhika Madan. The film also starred Ranvir Shorey and Dimple Kapadia. The actress will next be seen in Karan Johar’s period drama Takht and Aamir Khan’s Laal Singh Chaddha, which is a remake of the 1994 film Forrest Gump.
