Our day couldn’t be better, as we came across a return image that features popular actors from the 70s and 80s – Jeetendra, Mithun Chakraborty, Kader Khan, Vinod Mehra – in one frame. Make the best use of Throwback Thursday, actress Padmini Kolhapure shared new photos veteran stars of the muhurat from their 1988 film Mar Mitenge. Padmini Kolhapure’s husband Pradeep Sharma produced the film and Kawal Sharma, known for his work on films such as Jeete Hain Shaan Se and Namak, directed it. Mar Mitenge also played Shakti Kapoor, who is married to Shivangi, Padmini Kolhapure’s sister.
In the first black and white photo, Kader Khan, Shakti Kapoor, Jeetendra, Vinod Mehra, Padmini Kolhapure and Mithun Chakraborty can be seen posing for the camera with Kawal Sharma, Pradeep Sharma, who is known as Tutu Sharma in the film industry, lyricist Anand Bakshi and music composer Laxmikant from the famous duo of composers Laxmikant-Pyarelal. The other photos show Padmini posing with shingles and performing a puja in muhurat with her husband.

Other than Mar Mitenge, director Kawal Sharma has worked with Mithun Chakraborty in several films such as Jeete Hain Shaan Se, Gunahon Ka Devta (which also starred Shakti Kapoor) and Paap Ki Kamaee.
Jeetendra co-starred with Mithun in many films, including Swarag Se Sundar, Jaal, Aisa Pyaar Kahan and Dhuan while his films with Vinod Mehra are The Burning Train, Medallion, Sanjog, Yeh Desh, Aulad and Jaani Dushman among many others. Kader Khan has also worked with Mithun Chakraborty, Jeetendra and Vinod Mehra in several films from the 70s and 80s.
