On Sunday, Congress chief Adhir Ranjan Chowdhury wrote a letter to Prime Minister Narendra Modi asking him to constitute himself in West Bengal under “Garib Kalyan Rojgar Abhiyaan”.
“May I draw your attention to the fact that you have already announced Garib Kalyan Rojgar Abhiyaan, which includes 116 districts in six states and that the program will continue for 125 days allegedly to provide a livelihood for repatriated migrant workers,” said said Mr. Chowdhury.
