Chief Congressman P Chidambaram on Friday searched the BJP for ‘mocking’ RJD over his pledge of 10 lakh jobs, and then himself spoke of the creation of 19 lakh jobs in his election manifesto. Bihar, claiming he did not know 19 was a number smaller than 10.
In its Bihar election manifesto released on Thursday, the BJP sought to reach out to young people with the promise of 19 lakh jobs in the next five years.

In another tweet, the former finance minister also attacked the government over the state of the economy.
“Senior economic adviser Dr Sanyal joined the three distinguished gentlemen in trying to ‘talk’ about the economy,” he said and cited that 34 of 39 economists interviewed by a news agency said the fiscal stimulus “does not go far enough to significantly boost” the economy. “
