National Conference (NC) leaders Farooq Abdullah and Omar Abdullah isolated themselves Tuesday after one of their secondary contacts tested positive for COVID-19.
The announcement was made by Omar Abdullah on Twitter, saying doctors advised them to self-isolate for a week, before undergoing a COVID-19 precautionary test.
“My father and I have been in contact with a person who in turn was staying with a relative who tested positive for COVID-19. Based on a medical opinion, we will self-isolate for a week before taking a test. Precautionary COVID, ”the NC vice president said in a tweet.
