The fierce battle of actress and director Divya Khosla Kumar with singer Sonu Nigam has been going on for hours. Ms. Kumar, in an 11-minute video, refuted the assertions of Mr. Nigam, who alleged that her husband Bhushan Kumar, head of the entertainment giant T-Series, begged him to protect himself from the gangster Abu Salem there is over twenty.
But what seemed to be more interesting than video for social media users was Sheru’s cameo. The actress features Sheru in the video, who has been a Kumar cook since 1988, before the man talks about how Gulshan Kumar made Sonu Nigam a big name in the music industry. Gulshan Kumar is the founder of T-Series which was slaughtered in 1997. After him, his son Bhushan Kumar took over the management of the company.
“Gulshan Kumar brought Sonu Nigam from Delhi to Mumbai … Whatever it is today, it’s because of Gulshanji,” said Sheru in the video.
Twitterati went into overdrive after Sheru appeared in the video and soon memes flooded the site about how Ms. Kumar got the head of the family to support her claims.

Sonu Nigam was recently unleashed in a video blog on the “cruel” machinations of the music industry and targeted Bhushan Kumar. It was his second video after the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput. In his first video, Sonu Nigam said, “You may soon hear about suicides in the music industry.”
Divya Khosla Kumar addressed all her claims in her video and denounced her, saying that the popular singer had links with the gangster Abu Salem and that her husband therefore went to ask her for help.
“I want to ask something now, Sonu Nigam ji, why Bhushan ji come to you to save you from Abu Salem? I want an investigation. Was there a link between Abu Salem and Sonu Nigam? Certainly yes. That’s why bhushan ji asked him for help, “she said.
