“Cool dude” Amitabh Bachchan took a trip to the past and landed about 15 years ago in the past when Bunty Aur Babli released in 2005. Bunty Aur Babli was the first film, in which Amitabh Bachchan and Abhishek split screen space. The father-son duo didn’t act in a film until 2005, but Mr. Bachchan was the narrator of Abhishek’s film in 2003 Mumbai Se Aaya Mera Dost. Today, Big B is also excited Bunty Aur Babliis released as it was years ago. In a tweet on Tuesday, May 26, Big B wrote: “15 years old. Bunty Aur Babli. My first film with Abhishek. What a pleasure … and what a team! “The film released on May 27 and which also featured Aishwarya Rai in a special song Kajra Re, in which she shared the dance floor with Abhishek and Amitabh. Aishwarya married Abhishek in 2007, two years after the film was released. In his tweet, Big B added that they played Kajra Re in all the stage performances: “And Kajra Re on all of our stage shows. Yoo hooo. “

In one of his Flashback articles on Friday, Abhishek revealed that his very first performance on stage was with Amitabh Bachchan in 2005 and that the father-son duo set fire to a mixture. “My very first performance on stage after becoming an actor. I have to share it with a pretty cool guy … Dad and I played a mix / medley of his song Rang Barse and one Love… The show took place in early February 2005. Dad and I were shooting for Kajra Re with Aishwarya for Bunty Aur Babli. I would shoot the song all day from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m., then go to the concert and rehearsal all night. I even spent my birthday filming Kajra Re“wrote Abhishek.
In the years that followed Bunty Aur Babli, Abhishek has co-starred with his father in films such as Paa, Jhoom Barabar Jhoom, Sarkar and Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna.
A sequel to Bunty Aur Babli was also announced with the return of Rani Mukerji to the cast and Saif Ali Khan to replace Abhishek. The film also stars Siddhant Chaturvedi and newcomer Sharvari.
