Ajay Devgn occupied a place on the list of trends on Saturday after announcing the new release date of his next film Maidaan. The film, which was due to hit theaters on December 11 this year, is now set to release on August 13, 2021. Sharing the movie’s poster on social media, the film’s main actor, Ajay Devgn, tweeted: “2021 Independence week A unique story that will make every Indian proud. August 13, mark the date. “Directed by Amit Sharma, Maidaan is a biographical sports drama inspired by the trainer and manager of the Indian national football team Syed Abdul Rahim, considered as the architect of Indian football. The film was co-produced by Boney Kapoor and Zee Studios.
