Air India said on Wednesday that all of its offices will operate fully from July 20 and that there will be no separate file to operate under the COVID-19 situation.
In a staff opinion, he indicated that the “Homework” option may be considered for employees who are more at risk due to medical conditions, pregnant women and employees staying in containment areas.
“It has now been decided that all Air India offices will operate at full capacity as of July 20, 2020, and no separate files to operate in a COVID situation will be operated. Employees who do not report to the office on 20 July 2020, will have to request leave or be marked absent, “said the notice.
He said that employees residing in containment areas should be given due consideration. These employees are required to inform the office with a copy of the notification and to continue updating the office on the condition of the containment, the airline said.
