TV actress Sara Khan recently tested positive for the coronavirus. On Instagram, she shared a statement which read: “Unfortunately, today I tested positive for the coronavirus. Authorities and doctors have been ordered to quarantine the home. Feel good and wish a speedy recovery. ” Sara’s friends and colleagues in the television industry wished the actress a speedy recovery. “Hey Sara, get well soon. Tell me in case you need help. I’m just a phone call away,” TV star Ankita Lokhande commented on the post. Jay Bhanushali, Sayantani Ghosh, Kishwer Merchant, and Entrepreneur Raj Kundra also sent their best wishes. Teejay Sidhu’s comment on the post read, “Send love and heal you. Take care of yourself, love.”

Sara, who recently joined the cast of the TV show Santoshi Maa – Sunayein Vrat Kathayein, in an interview with India today, said: “I took a hiatus from shooting for a few days since feeling bad, but when I tested for COVID-19 it turned out positive. I follow my doctor’s medical advice religiously, and hope to recover soon. She added: “I am asymptomatic but asymptomatic or symptomatic, you have to maintain good hygiene and a safe distance from everyone in both cases. I would advise anyone who has come near me to get tested. . “
