Abhishek Bachchan, who will finish two decades in Bollywood by the end of June, shared a roadmap for his trip to Bollywood on Wednesday on his Instagram profile. The 44-year-old actor entered Bollywood with JP Dutta’s Refugee, wrote a long note, an excerpt of which reads: “It is hard to believe that by the end of this month I will finish 20 years as an actor! It has been a wonderful trip so far. I’m not one to look back and dwell on the past, but from time to time it is good to remember the good and (sometimes) bad times. “
Abhishek, whose parents Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan are veterans of Bollywood, thanked people “who had faith in him” and wrote: “# RoadTo20 is an attempt to take you through these 20 years of my acting life. Maybe relive some memories and experiences. It’s a celebration of all the people who made it all possible. The countless people who had faith and belief in a big boy, a little bit clumsy, foreign, came back at 22, who had a dream of all a life … The one he spent the last 20 years of life. “
Filmmaker Zoya Akhtar, in the comments section, wrote: “May this decade see us collaborate”, while Abhishek Shweta Bachchan Nanda’s sister commented: “Many more to come … Forward and in before.”
