New Delhi:

Guess who we recently spotted in a movie theater in Mumbai? It was none other than superstar Aamir Khan, who went out on Tuesday night with his daughter Ira Khan. The father-daughter duo watched the movie Suraj Pe Mangal Bhari, with Manoj Bajpayee, Diljit Dosanjh and Fatima Sana Shaikh in the lead roles. Aamir Khan and Ira opted for some pretty casual outfits for their movie night. Ira went for a denim over denim look, complete with a printed crop top, while Aamir Khan’s choice was a white t-shirt and blue jeans. Flashlights kept flashing at them as they left the theater. Several fan pages shared the photos from last night on social media.

The film hit theaters on November 15. As it turns out, this is the first Bollywood film to have a theatrical release after the COVID-19 lockdown.

Looks like Aamir Khan missed theaters and movie screenings for a long time. Last month, after the trailer for Ludo out, Aamir Khan asked the director of the film Anurag Basu to organize a special screening of the film for his colleagues. He tweeted: “What a trailer! Basu (director of the film Anurag Basu), hats off! Congratulations to the whole team. I can’t wait to watch it. Kab tak is expecting karna padega? Basu, why not organize a virtual industry screening for some of your colleagues? Love one. “

Aamir Khan recently completed the schedule ofLaal Singh Chaddha, with Kareena Kapoor. This is a remake of the 1994 film Forrest Gump, which featured Tom Hanks in the lead role. The film was directed by Secret Superstar director Advait Chandan.
