Two people were burned in a clash between two families on a small plot of land, said Rural Police Superintendent (SP) Brajesh Shrivastav.

Among those who suffered burns were an underage boy and his father in the incident in Sadh region.

“The clash between the two families took place on a small patch of land barely four feet long. One side pulled gasoline out of their motorcycle and threw it at the other family, as a result of whereby two people were burned, “Shrivastav said on Saturday.

The official said the two injured were being treated in a hospital.

“The party whose members were injured has lodged a complaint. The accused and members of his family have been arrested,” he added.
