Prime Minister Narendra Modi said today that the country will ensure the ‘ease of doing business’ for its young people, while they should be working to provide ‘the ease of life’ for people, especially the poorer among the poor, through innovations.

Addressing IIT Delhi’s 51st annual convocation via video conference, he said the post-COVID-19 world is going to be very different and technology will play the biggest role in it.

COVID-19 has taught the world that globalization is important, but self-sufficiency is just as important, the prime minister said.

“India is fully committed to giving its young people the ease of doing business so that young people, through their innovation, can make a difference in the lives of millions of people in the country,” Prime Minister Modi said in aimed at graduate students of IIT Delhi.

“The country will give you the ease of doing business, but you do one thing, through your expertise, your experience, your talent and your innovation … make it easy for the poorest of the poor citizens to live,” he said. -he declares.

PM Modi also urged graduate students to focus on quality, never compromise and make their innovations work at scale.

“Your work will give worldwide recognition to our products. Your efforts will lead to faster recognition of Indian products,” PM Modi told the students, calling them the best ambassadors of the India brand.

The nation has seen how technology can provide good governance and reach the poor and needy in recent years, he said.

Technology has made last mile service delivery efficient and reduced the extent of corruption, the prime minister said.
