Bihar 2020 Outcome: “Bihar taught the world‘s first lesson in democracy,” Prime Minister Narendra Modi tweeted

Prime Minister Narendra Modi said today that the people of Bihar have taken a “decisive decision” to give development a chance as the results of the Assembly elections continue to spread, showing the NDA in power with 122 seats and the opposition alliance with 113 seats.
Prime Minister Modi’s tweets came minutes after Interior Minister Amit Shah declared victory in Bihar for the BJP-led National Democratic Alliance (NDA), although 50 seats were still in place.
“Bihar taught the world the first lesson in democracy. Today Bihar reiterated to the world how democracy is strengthened. Record numbers of poor, destitute and women in Bihar also voted and also returned today ‘hui their decisive decision for development, “said the Prime Minister. Modi tweeted in Hindi.
“The village poor, farmers, laborers, traders, traders and every section of Bihar have relied on the NDA mantra of sabka saath, sabka vikas, sabka vishwas. I reassure every citizen of Bihar that for the balanced development of every person, of every region, we will continue to work with total dedication, ”PM Modi tweeted.
“The young people of Bihar have made it clear that this new decade will be for Bihar and that self-sufficient Bihar is its road map. The youth of Bihar have counted on their strength and the determination of the NDA. This youthful energy has now encouraged the NDA to work harder than before. Every Bihar voter made it clear that he or she was an aspirant and that the priority is only and only development. The blessings of the good governance of the NDA after 15 years in Bihar show what are the dreams of Bihar, what are the expectations of Bihar, ”Prime Minister Modi said.
Rashtriya Janata Dal won 55 seats and leads in 22. BJP won 48 seats and leads in 24. Janata Dal United won 32 seats and leads in 11, Congress won 14 seats and leads in five and CPI-ML won nine seats and leads with three seats. The Lok Janshakti party opened its account, winning a seat.
The election commission said the count was progressing slowly due to coronavirus restrictions.
