Washington:
Two Chinese nationals have been charged with pirating COVID-19 vaccine research and intellectual property of companies in the United States and other countries, the United States Department of Justice said on Tuesday.
Chinese hackers have also targeted human rights activists in the United States and Hong Kong, Deputy National Security Attorney General John Demers said.
The hackers were working with China’s State Security Ministry, Demers said.
