President Donald Trump will suffer a grave loss if he follows through on threats to challenge the electoral vote count at the United States Supreme Court, a campaign lawyer for Democrat Joe Biden warned on Wednesday.
Trump “will suffer one of the most embarrassing defeats a president has ever suffered in the highest court in the land” if he asks him to invalidate the ballots counted after election day, the former said White House lawyer Bob Bauer.
