Tesla Inc CEO Elon Musk said on Saturday he “very likely” had a moderate case of COVID-19, as he continued to question the accuracy of the tests.
“I get extremely different results from different labs, but I most likely have a moderate case of covid. My symptoms are those of a minor cold, which is not surprising since coronavirus is a type of cold. “Mr. Musk wrote in a tweet.
He did not say whether the results came from polymerase chain reaction tests, which are more accurate than rapid tests.
“A little up and down. Feels like a normal cold, but more body pain and cloudy head than coughing / sneezing,” he wrote in response to a user asking for symptoms.
Mr Musk said Thursday that rapid antigenic test results from the same machine and the same test showed he had tested positive twice and then negative twice on the same day.
