Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan’s daughter Suhana Khan, 20, received many patronizing remarks from social media users and she posted their screenshots in her latest Instagram entry. Suhana Khan shared a strongly expressed message on Tuesday, which calls for “an end to colorism” and which demands everyone’s attention. Referring to notions of beauty that social networks and dating sites have convinced people to believe, Suhana khan wrote: “I’m sorry if social media, Indian matchmaking or even your own families have convinced you that if you are not 5’7 and fair you are not beautiful.” She signed the message on a positive note. “Hope it helps to know that I’m 5’3 and brunette and extremely happy for that and you should be too,” Suhana wrote.
