After Katihar MLA was elected as the head of the BJP in the Bihar assembly on Sunday, Union Minister Giriraj Singh posted a tweet for Sushil Kumar Modi, who was the party’s legislative party leader in the state. before the Assembly elections which have just ended.
“Respected Sushil ji, you are the leader, you had the post of deputy chief minister, you will continue to remain the leader of the BJP in the future as well, the status of nobody is determined by the position he occupies, ”tweeted Mr. Singh in Hindi
He was responding to a tweet posted by Mr. Modi, who was deputy chief minister in Nitish Kumar’s last cabinet.
“The BJP and the Sangh Parivar have given me so much in 40-year political life that someone else might not have received it. I will take responsibility for that given to me. No one can take it away. the worker’s post, ”Sushil Kumar Modi had tweeted.
Katihar MP Tarkishore Prasad was unanimously elected to head the BJP party in Bihar.
Earlier today, an NDA meeting was held where Nitish Kumar was appointed chief, paving the way for his return as chief minister for the fourth consecutive term.
The NDA won a majority in the recent election of 243 members of the Bihar Assembly by winning 125 seats.
Janata Dal (United) leader Nitish Kumar has met with Bihar governor Phagu Chauhan to demand the formation of the NDA government. He later announced that the new cabinet swearing-in ceremony will take place on Monday.
“The swearing-in ceremony will take place tomorrow afternoon around 4:30 pm,” Kumar said.
