Korea, Chhattisgarh:
Standards of social distancing were allegedly flouted during a demonstration organized by Congressman Vinay Jaiswal in the Korean district of Chhattisgarh.
Mr. Jaiswal organized a demonstration to demand the reinstatement of 32 workers from a company.
Jaiswal said, “Based on a mock investigation, the workers were fired by South Eastern Coalfields Ltd. during the previous BJP government in the state.”

In a video of the incident, Mr. Jaiswal could be seen surrounded by close to a dozen demonstrators, some of them without masks. They launched slogans and held up signs against the dismissal of workers in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.
