In Tuesday’s episode of Bigg Boss 14, the candidates were subjected to a friendship test. During the nomination task, Bigg Boss pitted friends against each other, asking them to sacrifice something they held dear to save their friends from the nomination. A spooky Halloween-themed throne was placed in the garden and Abhinav turned out to be the first to sit on it. As directed by Bigg Boss, he convinced Aly Goni to destroy Jasmine’s favorite doll and tear her to pieces, in order to save himself. It broke Jasmin’s heart but Aly did it to save her friend.
Then Jaan was asked to sit on the throne and to save himself he had to convince Nikki Tamboli to destroy her favorite blanket. Nikki readily agreed, saying she had promised to save Jaan whenever necessary. Meanwhile, Rubina has been nominated and said that if Jasmine decides to nominate Aly in her place, she will be saved. Jasmin stood up at this request but chose Aly over Rubina, saying he only joined the show for her. Later, Jasmin also apologized to Rubina for not saving her.
Kavita, who was nominated, asked Abhinav to apologize to Nikki and tell her that she was right and he was wrong by offering her Rubina Dilaik’s favorite plush, sitting on her lap. Abhinav accepted the challenge with grace and completed the task, saving Kavita from the appointment. Meanwhile, Aly asked Rubina Dilaik to sacrifice her hairdressing equipment by keeping them in the store. Rubina agreed to the condition, saying she is doing it for Jasmine.
The show takes an emotional turn when Pavitra Punia asks Eijaz to destroy some of his most valuable photo frames brought back from his home.
Tuesday’s episode also showed the candidates’ remaining conversation with Judges Farah Khan, Charu Malik and Amit Tyagi. During the session, Abhinav was informed that he was suffering from a superiority complex and accused of failing to save his wife. Nikki was asked why she chooses fights with her friends. Jaan’s values on his friendship have been called into question. Rahul was told that he passed away sometimes and asked to rationalize his remarks. Shardul was asked to be more active and he was told he was afraid of being nominated.
