Neetu Kapoor, who turned 62 Wednesday, shared photos of his birthday on Instagram with a little note of appreciation for those present. “The richest are those who have good relationships. We all need love, to support the strength of our loved ones always. I feel the richest today.” Neetu Kapoor’s birthday team included it children Ranbir Kapoor and Riddhima, granddaughter Samara, sister-in-law Rima Jain, niece Nitasha Nanda and Agastya Nanda – grandson of Neetu Kapoor’s late sister-in-law, Ritu Nanda. Director Karan Johar and designer Manish Malhotra also joined the Kapoors. In an adorable image, Ranbir can be seen hugging his mother.

On the eve of Neetu Kapoor’s birthday, his daughter Riddhima Kapoor Sahni shared an adorable photo of themselves, Neetu Kapoor and Ranbir – the trio pressed for photo – from the same meeting. She wrote, “Happy birthday, my Iron Lady. I love you so much, mom.”
Neetu Kapoor was married to actor Rishi Kapoor, who died in April this year. Together, Neetu Kapoor and Rishi Kapoor have made films such as Amar Akbar Anthony, Khel Khel Mein and Rafoo Chakkar, among others.
