New Delhi / Jaipur:
The Rajasthan High Court will resume hearing today on the petitions of Sachin Pilot and 18 other rebel congressional legislators against the disqualification notices sent to them by Speaker of the State Assembly CP Joshi.
Friday, the High Court had ordered that no action be brought against Camp Pilot and had postponed the hearing of their plea of recusal against the notices of disqualification of the President of the National Assembly.
On Sunday, a team from the Rajasthan Police Special Operations Group (SOG) – which is investigating allegations of the horse trade to bring down the government of Ashok Gehlot – again visited the Haryana complex hosting rebel deputies supporting Sachin Pilot, but she returned empty-handed within 10 minutes because hotel management did not allow them to enter and asked them to come in the morning.
It was the second time in three days that the Rajasthan police had visited a complex where the deputies would be accommodated. Friday evening, they had to return empty-handed from ITC Bharat Grand. They later said that Haryana police did not cooperate with them.

Sachin Pilot and 18 rebel deputies supporting him have been staying at two resorts in Manesar since he openly rebelled against his party and was seen as a threat to the Ashok Gehlot government last week.
Congress robbed Mr. Pilot of his party and government positions, but there have been offers of rapprochement.
