Calcutta:
West Bengal Governor Jagdeep Dhankar has been severely criticized for posting photographs of former West Bengal chief minister Buddhadeb Bhattacharya on Twitter.
Jagdeep Dhankar and his wife took a photo when they went to meet the Communist leader at his home in Kolkata on Ashtami. The governor tweeted that he wished Mr Bhattacharya Subho Ashtami good health.
But the CPM retorted angrily. “We are deeply hurt by the photos taken during a visit and shared by you,” they said.
“Comrade Bhattacharya is an internationally recognized and recognized politician who has served our State with dedication for decades. Photographing him when he is most vulnerable and then posting them on social media has deeply hurt the feelings not only of CPM supporters spread around the world. but also in general to the general public. We would appreciate these photos being removed, “PMO tweeted,
While we at @CPIM_WESTBENGAL appreciate the genuflection of Shri @ jdhankhar1ji (governor of the BM) to visit our ex-CM comrade Buddhadeb Bhattacharya at his residence to inquire about his health, we are deeply hurt by the photos taken during your visit and shared by you

The photographs were placed over 24 hours ago. CPM tagged the governor in his tweet, but the tweet was not deleted, even at midnight Sunday.
In the governor’s schedule, public responses have been extremely critical. “This is absolutely disgusting and very cheap behavior by the governor to get social media attention. Have you ever visited (former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee) Vajpayee ji all photos when he was bedridden, ”Twitter user Naveen said.
