The new president of the BJP Delhi, Adesh Kumar Gupta, launched a scathing attack against the Delhi government for “mismanagement” of hospitals and increase of the number of patients with coronavirus in the national capital.
Gupta also called the decision to close Delhi’s borders with neighboring states “a step in the wrong direction to mask the government’s failures.”
Speaking to ANI, Adesh Gupta accused the Delhi government of letting private hospitals loot people in the midst of the pandemic.
“The Delhi government has failed in both the distribution of rations and the management of hospitals. People are panicking. Private hospitals are pillaging people in the midst of this pandemic and the Delhi government is taking no action against them,” a said Mr. Gupta.
Commenting on COVID-19 cases exceeding 22,000 brands and the number of deaths affecting 500, the head of BJP Delhi said that the government had presented false data on patients and deaths from coronavirus.
“They presented erroneous data on the situation of COVID-19. They did not improve the facilities of their hospital. They launched an application and have data from seven hospitals and the details of the beds had to be provided on this subject. . We did our own investigation and four hospitals said they had no beds and three refused to admit people, “he added.
Gupta alleged that the Delhi government had lied about the deaths and the hospital preparation.
Asked about the Delhi police’s prosecution case against suspended PAA adviser Tahir Hussain for his alleged role in the violence in northeast Delhi, Adesh Gupta said the PAA was providing refuge. and a shelter for people with an anti-nationalist mentality.
“It was obvious that the PAA offered a refuge and shelter to the anti-nationalist mentality. The police investigation revealed that Tahir had been planning this for a long time. The Delhi PAA and its anti-national mindset are exposed by the people to whom they give refuge. ,” he said.
