Milind Soman’s latest Instagram entry will brighten up your day. The 54-year-old actor shared a photo of him on his Instagram profile and that makes his Instafam pale. In the photo, Milind can be seen doing the Warrior II yoga pose. Sharing an excerpt from her training routine, Milind Soman accompanied the photo with a legend on physical and mental fitness. He wrote, “Fitness is the body’s ability to withstand physical stress. Fitness is the ability of the mind to withstand mental and emotional stress. At any age, the body’s capacity can be developed to withstand the stress of a 100m run or a 42km marathon. Likewise, the abilities of the mind can be developed to adapt and make the most of any situation. “Referring to the need to train the body and mind, Milind Soman summed up his message by saying,” The trained body can do almost anything we ask of it. The trained mind is unlimited. The benefit of a sustained effort is unimaginable. “He also added the hashtags #fitnessaddict, #nevergiveup, #neverstop and #love to his message. Take a look at his photo here:

Milind Soman continues to treat his Instafam with photos of him on his Instagram profile. A few days ago, Milind shared a video of himself doing push-ups while clapping. “A healthier mind, a healthier body! A healthy mind is more positive, open to new ideas, tolerant, understanding, patient and empathetic,” reads an extract from his post.

A healthier mind, a healthier body! A fit mind is more positive, open to new ideas, tolerant, understanding, patient and empathetic. A healthy body sleeps well, has good digestion, manages sugar and salt levels, hormone balance, and maintains a strong immune system. Both can be achieved by choosing the simple exercises and food that work for you, and the amounts that work for you. #WorkoutWednesday #priorities #healthychoices #fitnessaddict #love #pushups
