Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) MP Manoj Jha said on Friday that party leader Tejashwi Yadav was the ministerial head of the Grand Alliance or “Mahagathbandhan” of Bihar. He said that Yadav is working on a new comprehensive development model for the state.
“Tejashwi Yadav sent a message to the people of the state that the party is running with the intention of forming a new Bihar. Give us five years. Whether it is education, employment or industries, it works on a model development approach, “said Jha to ANI.
He said that the model will soon be presented to the people, who can then choose “if they want the new model or the old one that has never given them anything”.
“Tejashwi is the chief ministerial face of the” Mahagathbandhan “. He is the party leader with the largest share of votes in the alliance. So anyone commenting on whether he is the CM candidate or not would be inappropriate”, said Mr. Jha. said.
Speaking of Mr. Tejashwi’s recent remark, Mr. Jha called it “the innocent remarks of a young leader” who wants to give a new development model to Bihar.
Tejashwi Yadav said yesterday that RJD had remained in power for 15 years, but no one can deny that the supremo of the Lalu Yadav party did not deliver social justice. He also apologized for making mistakes during the mandate.
“The challenges of that time were different. Lalu Yadav and later Rabri Devi addressed these challenges of the time. Now we want to make sure that there is a full development of Bihar. This young man from the state doesn’t doesn’t have to go looking for a job, “said Jha.
“If anyone wants to know the work of Tejashwi Yadav. He should consider his term as deputy chief minister of Bihar,” he added.
He said that Mr. Tejashwi had done exemplary work during his tenure as deputy chief minister.
