Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan announced on Wednesday that the state government has decided to form a “cow cabinet” for the protection of cows in the state.
The departments of livestock, forestry, panchayat, rural development, house and farmer welfare will be part of the “cabinet of cows,” said Chouhan.
“It was decided to create a“ cow cabinet ”for the protection and promotion of cows in the state. The Ministry of Livestock, Forestry, Panchayat and Rural Development, Income, Home and Welfare of Farmers will be part of the “Cow Cabinet.” The first meeting will take place on November 22 at noon on Gopashtami at Gau Shrine Agar Malwa, “the chief minister said in a tweet.
